CCC Exam Overview
CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) is a basic digital-literacy certification exam. It is one of the most popular computer certifications in India and is often required for many government and clerical jobs.

- Every question carries exactly 1 mark — no half marks, no negative marks.
- Your total score out of 100 = number of correct answers.
Passing Criteria
- Current official rule: you need at least 50% — i.e., 50 marks out of 100 — to pass CCC.
- Outdated info alert: Older guides mention 40% as the passing mark. That rule is no longer valid. The passing standard was revised to 50%.
- If you score 49 or less, the result is Fail (Grade F).
- Failing is not the end — you may reappear in a later monthly cycle by registering again with the exam fee. There is no limit on attempts, and there is no penalty for reappearing.
- On passing, NIELIT issues a digital certificate (lifetime validity) — download it from the NIELIT student portal or DigiLocker.
Negative Marking
There is NO negative marking in the CCC exam.

- Never leave any question blank. Even a smart guess is free.
